Normal Biz loan
- Security – Title deed or logbook, or guarantor
- Multiplier – X3 & 80% Own deposits
- Must have an active FOSA account .
- Minimum of Kshs 100,000.00
- Maximum repayment Period – 48 Months
Prime loan
- Multiplier of X3 & 80% Own deposits
- Minimum amount 100,000.00
- Top up allowed
- Repayment period a maximum of 48 months
- Loan shall be fully secured.
Biashara loan
- Granted after opening an account.
- Must be operating our FOSA account
- Evidence of business going concern
- Maximum repayment period – 24Month
Overdraft
This product shall be enjoyed by Sacco members patronizing
our FOSA account with clear consistent cash flows for minimum 3 months and It will be available to members running businesses, schools and firms
