Fanikisha Loan
Salaried loans secured (standing order loan)
- Loan grated to new civil servants in the Sacco
- Vision Afrika Sacco shall be the salary pay point for STANDING ORDER
- Maximum repayment period 36 months
- Bosa deposit can be extracted from Loan applied
- Salary to have passed through VAS FOSA ACCOUNT for a minimum of 2 months
Normal Loan
Salaried Loan Unsecured (check Off)
- Granted to a civil servant
- Not a must salary to pass through VAS FOSA
- Loan to be deducted through Check-Off
- Bosa Deposit can be extracted from loan applied
- Maximum loan repayment period 84 months
Private institution loans
Pride Loan
- Must have an active FOSA account
- BOSA deposits can be extracted from loan applied.
- Top up allowed
- Maximum repayment period of 60 months
- Loan shall be fully secured. (Title deed or Power of attorney or guarantor)
Both Civil & Private institutions
Salary advance
- Granted to Salaried Employees.
- Salaries must be channeled through VAS FOSA account
- Loan shall be three times member deposits.
- Maximum periods 6 months
Salary in-advance
- Granted to members whose salaries are channeled through their FOSA accounts by their employers
- Maximum amount grantable is 50% of the expected net pay.
- maximum repayment period shall be 1 Month.
